    We receive hundreds of applications daily, either from our existing database or through new applications via email or our website. Every candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills are carefully reviewed by our recruitment officers to determine their suitability for overseas employment.

  2. Preliminary Interviews:
    Shortlisted candidates are invited for a face-to-face preliminary interview. This interview assesses the candidate’s qualifications, experience, attitude, and readiness for overseas work. Our experienced recruitment officers evaluate their communication skills, discipline, and cultural adaptability.

  3. Skills Assessment:
    For skilled and semi-skilled roles, we conduct trade tests and practical evaluations to ensure the candidates meet the technical requirements of the job. This is done in coordination with professional testing centers and trade experts. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in their specific trade or occupation, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet employer standards.

  4. Employer Interviews:
    Employers may choose to conduct the final interviews themselves, either by visiting Nepal or through virtual interviews (such as Skype). Alternatively, employers can delegate full authority to MG Nepal HR Consultant to conduct final interviews and make selections on their behalf. In either case, we ensure that all selected candidates meet the employer’s criteria.

  5. Character and Behavioral Evaluation:
    In addition to technical skills, we assess each candidate’s discipline, behavior, and attitude. We conduct background checks and even consult with our in-house experts, including psychologists, to evaluate the candidate’s character, ensuring they are mentally fit and morally suited for the job.

  6. Medical Tests:
    After the final selection, candidates must undergo mandatory medical tests to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for overseas employment. Only medically cleared candidates are allowed to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
